What is ACHIEVE Parent Training?

ACHIEVE is a customizable, quiz-driven parent training platform for BCBAs®. It includes 12 pre-built training plans designed to meet families where they are—each with video lessons, downloadable guides, homework, and mini-quizzes.

Who is ACHIEVE for?

ACHIEVE is designed for BCBAs® and ABA professionals who want to deliver meaningful, effective parent training—without spending hours creating content from scratch. It’s a great fit for:

Is this a CEU course?

No. ACHIEVE is a tool designed to help BCBAs® deliver parent training as part of their services. It is not a CEU course, though Master ABA offers those separately.

Is there a printed or downloadable version of the program?

Yes. The ACHIEVE Parent Training Curriculum is also available as a downloadable PDF and as a printed workbook. These formats are great for quick reference or offline use—but they don’t include videos, quizzes, interactive features, or automatic plan selection.

The online version is the most comprehensive and parent-friendly option.

Can I use ACHIEVE with more than one family?

Yes! Your ACHIEVE account is designed to be used with multiple families. You'll use a built-in quiz to determine the right plan for each, then share a unique link or QR code for access.

How it Works

Who takes the quiz, me or the parent?

You do. As the BCBA, you’ll complete a 30-question assessment to determine which of the 12 training plans is best suited for a given family. It’s quick, clinical, and designed to uncover what the family really needs.

How do families access training?

Once you choose a plan, you’ll share a unique link or QR code with the family. No logins are required. They’ll get immediate access to a single page containing all the lessons, guides, and tools in that plan.

What's included in each plan?

Each plan includes:

✔ Expandable/collapsible lesson sections

✔ Short, accessible video lessons

✔ Downloadable guides

✔ Homework assignments for skill application

✔ A 5-question quiz at the end of each section

✔ Printable quiz results to share back with you

Can I customize the program content?

Not yet. During beta, all plans are standardized for consistency and ease of use. But with the Professional Plan, you can request up to 5 custom-designed pages for your site. Content customization is a feature planned for future releases.

Can I see quiz results?

In the Basic Plan, parents can print or email their quiz results to you manually. In the Professional Plan, we embed a private Google Sheets dashboard so you can view and track quiz responses across all 43 lessons.

Will I be able to track parent progress?

Direct progress tracking isn’t available yet—but it’s on our roadmap. For now, quiz results and assignment completion are the best indicators of engagement.

What’s the difference between the Basic and Professional plans?

Both plans give you full access to all 12 training plans, the BCBA®-guided quiz, and the ability to share training with families via a personalized link or QR code. The difference comes down to customization, data access, and support.

Do you offer a refund policy?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you join and realize it’s not for you, simply let us know within 30 days, and we’ll issue a full refund—no hassle, no hard feelings.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes! You can start with Basic and upgrade to Professional at any time by paying the difference.

Is this a one-time fee or a recurring subscription?

ACHIEVE is an annual subscription. Your payment gives you access for 12 months and renews automatically each year unless canceled. This subscription model allows us to:

✔ Host your content securely

✔ Continuously improve the training materials

✔ Provide tech support and onboarding

✔ Ensure everything runs smoothly for you and your families

When you sign up now, you lock in your current pricing—even as we add more features and the subscription cost increases for new users. Think of it as your parent training platform—professionally managed, regularly updated, and always ready to support the families you serve.

What’s the difference between the online version and the PDF/book??

The online version includes interactive features like videos, expandable lessons, quizzes, and result-sharing—all hosted on your personalized site. The PDF and printed versions are static—great for offline access, but they lack the videos, quizzes, and ability to personalize training plans.

Tech and Access

Do families need to log in?

Nope! Training is delivered via direct links or QR codes—no logins, no tech headaches.

What devices are supported?

ACHIEVE is mobile-friendly and works on computers, tablets, and smartphones. Families can access it anywhere with an internet connection.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Your ACHIEVE site is fully hosted by us. You don’t need to manage a website, server, or tech tools.

What if I want my own domain?

You can with the Professional Plan. We’ll help set up your ACHIEVE site at a domain you already own or help you purchase a new one.

Setup & Support

How long does it take to get started?

Most Basic accounts are ready within 2 business days. Professional Plan users get a custom onboarding session and typically launch within 2–4 days.

What if I need help getting things setup?

We’re here to help! Basic users get email support. Professional users get priority support, onboarding calls, and guided setup for branding and custom pages.
